SB 2736    RELATING TO KIKALA-KEOKEA                         WLH, WAM
        Provides funds for infrastructure at Kikala-Keokea.

SB 2767    RELATING TO COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT               WLH, WAM
        Establishes a coastal zone special fund to allow the
        Program to retain fees, fines, and moneys directed to the
        Program by non-state sources, and to use the moneys for
        Program purposes and other Program revisions proposed.

SB 2768    RELATING TO GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS        WLH, WAM
        Establishes a special fund to help support the operation
        and maintenance of the Statewide Planning and Geographic
        Information System, and enables the Office of Planning to
        charge fees for spatial analysis services.

SB 2774    RELATING TO LAND USE                              WLH, WAM
        Limits a land reclassification to the urban district to a
        five-year period, unless before the end of the period, the
        Land Use Commission finds there has been substantial
        progress in the urban development of the lands.

SB 2997    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A WAIALUA-HALEIWA     WLH, WAM
        STORMWATER DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN
        Appropriates $500,000 for a Waialua-Haleiwa stormwater
        drainage master plan.

SB 2998    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE DATA FOR       WLH, WAM
        HYDRAULIC AND HYDROLOGIC FLOOD ANALYSES

 
        Appropriates $75,000 to the DLNR for the engineering branch
        of the land division to partly fund the continued operation
        and maintenance of streamflow and crest-stage gaging
        stations with the United States Geological Survey, to
        provide data for hydraulic and hydrologic flood analyses.

SB 460     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RESIDENTS OF      WLH, WAM
        MAUNALAHA SUBDIVISION
        Appropriates funds for infrastructure improvements for
        Maunalaha lessees.


  DECISION MAKING WILL BE DEFERRED UNTIL FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2000.

hours prior to the hearing. Testimony may also be faxed if less than 5

prior to the hearing.  When faxing, please indicate to whom the
testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and
the required number of copies needed for submittal.

interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for the
disabled), please contact the committee clerk 24 hours prior to the
hearing so arrangements can be made.
